Wild, Juba gets angry easily and has extreme difficulty controlling his rage. Despite being the strongest, he often attacks without thinking. Once, Juba tried to escape from his creator's rigorous training, but Garra stopped him, making him even more furious. Juba only fears being discarded by Dr. Mente, who shows no concern for the lives of any of his creations.

During his training, Juba learned to use the Saturn Medal and thus has the ability to create rings and control them. His main technique is Saturn's Rings.
