Kidnapped by Dr. Mente and forced to undergo training in search of the Zero Medal, Perseu is the brother who the young police officer Pandora is desperately looking for. Never losing hope of returning to Earth and always willing to help people, Perseu had great results using a Universe Medal but not enough to awaken its maximum power. Therefore, Dr. Mente used his DNA to create biological experiments that could achieve this goal.
