Biological experiments have always yielded better results in the search for the Zero Medal. But this has not stopped Dr. Mente from continuing to research an artificial means of using the powers of the Universe Medals. Neo L is the first robot capable of such a feat. Still in the testing phase, Dr. Mente's goal is to eventually be able to completely discard his search for a living weapon and dedicate all his resources to machines.

Neo L uses the Eris Medal and thus has the ability to create and control ice. His main technique is the Eris Ice.
